A Family, A Truck, One Big Idea
It started with Sunday dinners — oversized russets, way too much cheese, and family arguing over the last strip of bacon. We took that table to the street.
Every papa we serve is baked fresh, split open in front of you, and loaded with ingredients from farms and butchers we actually know by name. No shortcuts. No frozen anything. Just huge, honest food that makes people smile.
